Thank you for your interest in the Villa Kai.  We are a villa built in 2015 with all the modern amenities and Caribbean features.  Anguilla is an island with many special qualities that bring visitors back again and again. We discovered Anguilla on vacation over ten years ago and instantly knew it was the perfect place to be. Now our Anguilla dream is a reality and we are ready to share our villa with you.  Thirty-three sparkling white beaches and over 100 restaurants from gourmet to beach bars, make it easy to get lost in the relaxing caribbean rhythms.  The Villa Kai is located in the Sandy Hill (East End) area on Long Pond Bay. We are situated right on the shore with easy access to a lovely sandy, rocky coastline and the relaxing sound of rolling waves.  We have wonderful, cooling trade winds and terrific views of St. Marten, Saba and St. Barts. The house has an inviting open space living area with a new gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dinning, big screen TV, cable and Wifi.  The three bedrooms are all air-conditioned and ensuite, two have King sized beds, and one can be twin beds or converted to King. Each bedroom has magnificent views and sounds of the nearby sea.  We have several additional amenities: housekeeping, free local calls, free calls to the US, desk with printer/scanner, and an outdoor shower in master bedroom.  We offer concierge service to link you to activities and chef/catering contacts if requested.
