Villa Kai is located in the Sandy Hill (East End) area on Long Pond Bay. We are situated right on the shore with easy access to a lovely sandy, rocky coastline and the relaxing sound of rolling waves. We have wonderful, cooling trade winds and terrific views of St. Maarten, Saba and St. Barts. The house has an inviting open space living area with a new gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, big screen TV and cable and Wifi. The bedrooms are all ensuite,two have King sized beds, and one can be twin beds or converted to King.
